- Students cannot cancel or retract their profile submission once it has been made.

- Immigration experts who have purchased a package to access student profiles can only cancel within 24 hours of the purchase.
- After 24 hours, package purchases are non-refundable.

- Dreamers Kart has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities. If any party is found to engage in fraudulent behavior, including providing false information or misrepresentation, the account may be suspended, and refunds will not be issued.
